KFC undercooked chicken and raw wrap special

I ordered chicken and a wrap from KFC dornpoort and received half cooked chicken and an almost raw wrap. This was on 24 March 2024 and until today nobody even cares to address my complaint. I ordered via Mr delivery and they refuse to credit my wallet or give me a refund. The chicken was so undercooked I had to finish cooking it before eating it and the wrap was disgusting you could taste the raw flour. I have been following up every week and they keep ignoring my complaint. This has been the most disrespectful encounter with a fast food outlet I've ever had where complaints fall on deaf ears. Disgusting service, disgusting food.
