KFC UNDERCOOKED BURGERS

Good day

Please be advised that the rounder burgers that I bought on Friday (04/06/2021) by KFC maitland was under cooked and did not meet the normal KFC standards.

I took bite of the burger and saw that it was still a bit red inside and check my sons burger as well, so i had to throw it away to avoid getting poisoned.

I received a case number CAS-693695-W0D7L6 on Monday (07/06/2021) by Busiswe Kubeka and she called me to talk about the issue and the matter has still not been resolved up until today.

This is absolutely disgusting customer service.
