KFC UMhlanga Horrific experience

Terrible service at KFC UMhlanga in Durban I wanted to order my meal at the counter because the kiosk machine was being worked on. The lady( then told me it's impossible to order at the counter I must wait for the kiosk. In what world can't you order at the counter paying with a card.

Then eventually after a long period of time I get to order via the kiosk just to see an error on the kiosk saying I must pay at the counter I get to the counter the card machine cannot stretch a safe distance for me to pay without anyone seeing my pin of my bank.

As I put in my pin around the shield separater on the register side she looks down and see everything I'm typing.

Then people that came after me gets there order she gives me a look smiles and then decides to give my order now I have no problem with KFC but this is my 1st trip to Durban and what an horrific experience
