KFC / UBER EATS NON DELIVERY

Bought a meal via Uber Eats 05/05/2023 , driver deliver a short order , called the store KFC Umhlanga ,at 12h24 spoke to a Zanele who confirmed the meals were left behind at the store , she advised I asked the driver to come collect and redeliver the meals ( 2 x 2 can dine ) . Driver left and never returned with the meals .

Contact KFC customer care same day at 14h21 , got a reference number CAS-***-V1H3M5 YUM:*** , and they are sending me back to Uber eats who refuses to attend my case because I reported after 48hrs , which is not the case , I contacted KFC because their app didnt give me an option to report since the order was not closed .
