KFC, UBER EATS APPALLING SERVICE

Last night at around 7:30 I ordered a meal from KFC from Uber Eats app. It was supposed to be 6 pieces of chicken, 2 mash and gravy, 2 coleslaws, 4 hot wings and 2 chips. I waited and waited for my order and noticed that the driver had been parked at Sophiatown KFC, I then texted him an hour later, he texted back saying he had suspected that he was followed. I then drove to him, collected my parcel and tipped him. On my way home I stopped at a robot and opened the bag to check contents. To my disgust, I found everything mixed together, mesh spilled all over everything, no coleslaws. Got home, tried to salvage something so my family could have a meal for the night, chips tasted like cardboard couldn't be eaten and wings could puncture your gums the way there were hard. I'm very upset at KFC and UberEats and want my money back! Your service is appalling.
