KFC Tzaneen is terrible

If I can give 0 stars I would. I had the most unpleasant experience at KFC Tzaneen. First I received the wrong change when I paid. Complained about the wrong change and got attitude for asking for the right change. Received our food and went home which is far out of town. When I opened it, I noticed one of the boxes didnt have any chips in it. All the burgers were so hard and dry we couldnt eat it. Chicken pieces was dry and oily. Went back to kfc to complain the next day as I cant just drive back to town. The manager there, her name is Dikeledi, was so rude and said they will not replace the meal because I didnt phone in my complaint. KFC has the 'if its not finger licking good, we'll replace it' guarantee. Apparently, they'll only replace it if you phone in your complaint and bring back all the food. Did any one else understand their saying like that? KFC will not ever see me again. And that is guarantee they can count on. P.S I see now on the bottom of the page where you write a review that KFC is not claimed on hellopeter. Probably because they dont want to deal with all the complaints0
