KFC Tyger Valley pathetic

I went to the kfc in tygervalley mall to buy food. Ordered on the 1st kiosk, selected pay by card and the machine immediately said payment rejected without the pos device picking up. Went to 2nd kiosk, put in entire order again. Selected pay by card, after about 2 mins the pos device showed the amount due. Tried paying but the pos device did not register any inputs on the keypad for the pin. I asked twice ar the counter for help and was just ignored as if I was not even worthy of an answer. Left there and went to buy food elsewhere. Totally pathetic... can't even call it service. Will never buy food there again. Totally disgusted.
