KFC ****ty service

I placed an order on thr website the order was confirmed with delivery time 30 minutes went by, no delivery I called and was than told that they dont deliver and i must either collect or get a refund What bull**** is that, if they don't deliver why was it still on the website I must now wait probably 1-3 business days for my damn money back which is unacceptable Fix your **** KFC
