KFC Tuesday special

I went to buy Tuesday special of 99.90 only to be told that it starts at 11:00 while the advert didn't specify anything about time. By then it was 10:15,was I supposed to wait the WHOLE 45 MINUTES before I can be served? Aowa Mann next time be specific on your adverts than blaming the marketing which I don't even know of.
