KFC Tsakane mall employee stinking attitude

I was in KFC Tsakane mall, the lady who work there giving out orders Mbuyi had stinking attitude. I ordered food and went to spar when i came back to pick my order it was already out, I asked her to check it for me, she ignored, i asked her again and she ignored me, i waited patiently there and asked why you ignoring me, she told me she wont stop what she's doing to check my order where was I when she called my order.

I lost it I Told her to give me my money back if she wont give me my food, it was only for the other lady to step in cos she could see her colleague was being stupid, that other lady took my slip and fetch food and said sorry about that. But that Mbuyi refused to use her mind even after I told her I expect customer service not attitude from her.

KFC Tsakane mall please train your stuff, we are not beggars we pay for our food, we exepect decent food and decent service not attitude.
