KFC trade route mall Lenasia -bad service

Thursday the 30th of November at around 9 we went to kfc,the place wasn’t busy yet we waited for a good 20 mins for service. I eventually asked when will our order be taken and the lady at the front called a men from the back. when he came he didn’t seem to give a damn that we were waiting a long time for service. When I asked why do we have to wait that long,his response was that’s just how it is. Bad service and bad attitude from kfc trade route mall
