KFC - Trade Route Mall Lenasia Appalling service at the newly renovated drive thru

<p>The service rendered at KFC drive thru - Trade Route Mall Lenasia is totally appalling. The drive thru was renovated in order to create a better/efficient flow in order to provide customer service at a high level, however this is now the second time whereby I waited more than 30 minutes from placing my order via the newly installed voice unit. There were only two vehicles in-front of me. I mentioned this nonconforming services rendered when collecting my order. The response from the employee was "I’m sorry".</p> <p>This is not value for money and the unacceptable long delays surely makes a person to lose their appetite. </p> <p>All the opposition drive thru service is done within 10 minutes from placing an order to collection and that's during the busy period.</p> <p>Please provide the corrective and preventative action that shall be taken regarding this unacceptable service. </p>
