Kfc trade route lenasia no care no feedback.

Ordered KFC in April order number 111467. Order for delivery from KFC trade route mall Lenasia. The order was given to and Uber driver however I ordered directly through kfc. My order was ****** by the driver and payment was reversed into my account. I was very disappointed waiting for food to arrive and just having the payment reversed without any apology or explanation. I've submitted complaints directly to kfc twice since then with no feedback. For a big company like KFC to allow this, it's not acceptable nor very ethical. I was hungry and expected food to be delivered. Up until today there is no response from them and the sad thing is they will allow these delivery guys to continue accepting orders. And perhaps *****ing others food and thinking reversing payment into customer account is just fixing the mess.
