Kfc took my money with promise to pay and nil

I ordered, purchased through the KFC app. Money was deducted from my account. I then got called to be informed the store is closed and they will reimburse me or they will send a voucher. I opted gor a voucher. Was told I'd wait 30min.its been 3 hours and I still haven't received my voucher. Please do not use the KFC app rather go to the store
