KFC took my money

I placed an order on the App and once the money was taken from my account I received a pop up message that the restaurant will not be able to process my order and since 27th October I've been waiting to get my money back. I've made attempts to contact them however no one came back to with feedback and when I call their call centre I was told I have no case.
