Kfc tongaat shock service n delivery

Placed an order at 5:30pm and was told that the delivery would take 45min, after waiting for an hour i called back only to be told that the order was only given 30min prior hence we had to wait. Another 45 min later the delivery arrives with the contents of my order in a complete mess and without part of the order being there, the driver tells me he will return shortly but that hasnt occured yet.... kfc tongaat your service is pathetic to say the least
