KFC tongaat poor service

Ordered KFC at 9:44 this morning 4th June 2021. The driver comes without the mash and gravy. He tells me he's going to bring the mash and gravy although I was charged for the mash and gravy. When I spoke to the manager she tells me the person who messed up will pay for the mash and gravy and for the driver to come back. Both she **** about because I had already paid for the mash and gravy and the driver comes after 12 to deliver the mash and gravy..that's on his next regular run for deliveries..or why would it take him so long to deliver. A few weeks ago I also ordered and my chicken salad was left out. An *********** KFC branch with manager that lies.. pathetic.
