KFC Tokai, no service, no food, no go

I work night shift, meaning that I end very early in the morning, and try make use of the KFC in Tokai as it is supposed to be a 24 hour establishment. I've been working the same job for over a year and I don't go to KFC all the time but when I do go, it's all generally the same service. There is never anyone by the order window and even I do go to the next window so that I can get the staffs attention, they just send me around again, wasting both my time and petrol. When I do get around to ordering my food, they either say that there is a 5 min waiting time and they have take over 15 min (I did start eventually timing them) or they just say that they are out of chicken... Which is rediculous for that kind of establishment, but besides that point, they are open and trading everyday so I don't understand how they don't have chicken when I order it after work but if I go there later during they day, they have an abundance. For these reasons, coupled with the fact that there food quality is generally mediocre, I do not recommend that anyone goes to KFC tokai. Especially if you work a late shift and are looking for a quick meal on the way home.
