KFC Tokai is the most pathetic branch I have been to

On 05/09 I placed an online order and when I collected at KFC Tokai the order was wrong. The mash and gravy I ordered was the wrong size but the lady who assisted me at the counter sorted it out and I left. When I got home, the 21 piece bucket I paid for only contained 20 pieces of chicken. I left a review on their online platform and agreed to have them contact me via email. To date no one has contacted me. Today I went to the drive through at the same branch and placed the exact same order, 21 piece bucket, 2 large fries and 2 large mash & gravy. When I got to the payment window the lady repeated my order but she stated regular mash & gravy and regular chips. I told her I asked for large and she seemed to be more upset than what I was. She and the lady who rectified the order walked away without giving me a receipt but I left it at that and moved to the collection window, got my order and drove off. When I got home, I was upset but not surprised that, once again, I paid for 21 pieces of chicken but the bucket only contained 20. Do they expect me to count the chicken in the bucket before leaving the restaurant???

KFC Tokai staff are really incompitent. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or if there are others who undergo the same bad experiences that I do. In my reviews to them I have mentioned that there is a problem at that branch. There are so many things that I let slide, thinking that maybe it's just the odd incident here and there but there is clearly a problem at that branch. Even my wife and kids expect something to go wrong whenever we go there.
