KFC Tokai Cape Town

KFC TOKAI! The worst KFC in SA. Waited three hours via Uber Eats for my delivery only to have them tell me that KFC cancelled my order, after about 1.5 hours,I went into the store myself and had a look to see what was happening. A bunch of *********** people that work there, let me not be rude. I asked for the manager three time and nobody came but they said the manager was at the back, how has a manager of a store can you not even address an issue, and you hide behind closed doors?? Just shows the lack of intelligence of so called 'managers' that people appoint, like I mean how did this person get the job if they can't even deal with customers?

Next was the state of the KFC, super unhygienic, floors were full of water mixed with something that made it white, how can a fast food be operating in such a ***sty. Just shows that nobody cares.

We did not ask you to work at KFC cause you dropped out of school early, if you want to work, then to the job.
