KFC Tokai - Bad customer service and always out of stock

'n Have had the most ridiculous experiences at KFC Tokai. 90% of the time you have to wait between 20-30 minutes for an order. It seems like something is always out of stock. Tonight the lady at the drive through was quite rude as well. No Nacho Cheese burgers in stock. Waiting time for chicken is a minimum of 20 mins (went the at 10:45 pm to a 24 hour KFC). It honestly seems that the staff finds it too much effort to work. The most ridiculous is that this is not my first experience. This happens 90% of the time. I have once been told that they have no chicken at all. I mean how ridiculous is that? I think this was the last chance I gave this specific KFC.
