Kfc to confirm their closing times to clients and their staff

I was at kfc Maitland on the 21/04/2021@21:27, I wanted 10 zinger wings a snack burger pop a coleslaw and plain gravy, and was told that I can only order what they have, I spoke to the manager and he confirmed that they close 10:00 but they didn't want to make me chicken... This is bad service and then they want to send me to Goodwood branch not sure why probably to waste my time... They are losing me as a customer
