KFC 'TNT Enterprise'

KFC Chis Hani Crossing which is owned and run by TNT Enterprises is the most disgraceful branch I have ever visited. We are arrived at 2am on Saturday morning and went into the drive-thru. We were the 3rd car in the drive through and there were no visible cars parked as the walk in part of the store was closed. We placed our order quickly and swiftly and then proceeded to the window where we paid and there after drove forward and waited. We sat for 20 minutes in the drive-thru all because the employees were allowing people to park their cars and walk-thru instead of driving thru and then giving them their orders before ours. A security guard named Thabo was letting patrons park their cars and give him money so he can make orders for them and fast track those orders while we were watching and waiting for our orders. This is distasteful and worrying as it means KFC employees do not care about their patrons nor do they respect us or their jobs! When we eventually received our order the meat was tasteless and not appetising at all.
