KFC tiny chicken pieces

I bought food at KFC Colesberg on 26 Dec 2023. Amongst then 6 pieces of chicken. Two of the pieces easily fit into my hand. Tiny indeed. I took a picture as proof. I received no reply from KFC after I sent them an email.
