KFC TIMEOUSLY AND EFFICIENTLY RESOLVES COMPLAINT
On 6 February a logged a case of complaint against KFC Middelburg on ***en Ntuli Road . I was so surprised at the speed of the response , a day after my complaint the franchise owner gave me a call apologized and even wanted to meet with me to discuss my grievance. I declined to meet with him as i was still traumatised by the bad service but I truly appreciate his efforts and care he took in ensuring that i was a satisfied customer such that he even organised for a free meal which I picked up at a KFC of my choice. Added to that KFC kept me updated through sending emails and I even got a call afterwards to check whether my case had been attended to.<br> Thumbs up to KFC , you guys managed to turn a bad experience caused by one individual into a positive experience for me .
