KFC three rivers **** service

KFC three rivers is by far the most appalling of all the franchises I have ever been at. I live near this particulare KFC and I have been patient with their poor service till thus far, tonight I decided to get some streetwise two as they are said to open "24/7" but on my arrival the shop seemed vacant and no one by the windows to assist. The line grew longer and it moved at a dismal pace, and mind you there were only six cars. Once I was able to see the last glass I had a clear view that there was still no one by the window. 30 minutes later a lady decides to work and assist the cars before us when it was out turn I was eager to understand what was the problem so I asked why was there no one by the wimdows in a 24/ 7 business ? The lady whoes name on her name tag read as Dineo, said she told the first car that they were waiting for the meat to cook, she did not apologize nor did she show any remorse towards the situation. It shows total disrespect to us customers when you employ incompitent people to be part of a huge business like KFC, training should be given to them on emotional intelligence and handling of unexpected situations like these in order to curb the situation, that branch needs a wake up call as its not the first time iv encountered such. They serve needs an overhaul.
