KFC Three Rivers Is terrible

KFC Three Rivers close the drive through whenever they feel like it. Apparently open from 7 am but no drive through. Open late but 8pm no drive through. Unacceptable service. I expect more from KFC. Oh by the way, just stopped there and a KFC had no chicken. Really?!?!?!
