KFC Three Rivers

I will never order food from the Three Rivers KFC, the stuff is rude or maybe not well trained to deal with customers. I ordered online and 30m later I arrived I still had to wait another 30m just to get my order. What is the point of ordering online? I'm very dissapointed at the service, 14 people in the kitchen but struggling to assist a few custormers? Please have a lot of patience when going there, as for myself. No more!
