kfc Thohoyandou bad service

i went to KFC Thohoyandou this morning. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I call them because there we no 1 in front. NO ONE ANSWERED ME !!! So i went in to the back were i would a guy and a lady. He sed she is coming. i waited 10 min calling again NOTHING happened. A nother costumer entered the store she came from the back and she did not acknowledge me. just went the the next customer and help him. This is not the firs time that im exsperions this tipe of service at kfc Thohoyandou.
