KFC *******

I ordered a meal from KFC in Durban Workshop today via UberEats and paid using my card on the App. The driver marked my order as delivered when I didn't receive my order. He didn't contact me or even ask for me at the security guard. I have had no assistance from your Support team!!! I use U erEats a lot and I am disappointed in this kind of ******* from you and your drivers!!! I want my money back!!!! And I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone using their card. I'm sure if I was paying cash I would have gotten my order!!! I want my money!!!! When I contact KFC store they said driver did pick up the order, no order I have received and my money is gone just like thst 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 ****mmers

As a store manager they do not have contact of people's who taking orders at the store 😡😡😡😡
