KFC *****s

Almost a month ago I ordered KFC for my family for supper.Spesifically the meal with headphones for my daughter.Placed the order and it only went up to payment then showed on the screen there is a technical error. Seconds later my money was deducted from my account but no chicken headphones infact the entire order was never received.Weeks later a very arrogant agent by the name of Thandokazi Pama called me and in good spirits I explained my case and she was just dry and non apologetic about it,requesting that I please send my bank statement via email.To my memory she did not tell me where to and I noticed that my case was marked as closed. I’m so disgusted by this honestly.Now I see how they pay for peoples weddings.By *****ing from starving families. I even bet that this review will go unanswered coz they care less for normal people like us. I still have not received a follow up call nor my money back.Why am I not surprised.
