KFC_ The worst chain store and service ever!!!!

I would like to express my total disappointment and dissatisfaction with the KFC chain store in the Umhlanga crescent. We placed an order for 11:15 today and not only was the food late but wen called numerous times to the customer service department they couldn't help us. At 12:05 finally got ahold of the management of the branch whom advised that the order wasn't even made as they don't deliver cools rinks in cups n not sure if we were fine with it. Why the hell were we not notified?????? The order was placed at 10am for a group of ppl for 11:15 but when we called at 11:20 the KFC contact reciever was off the hook until 12:00 what kind of a store is this??? Not only was the cashier dishonest (Amanda) but also the manager who I spoke to. This is disgusting behavior for a big chain store as KFC and I do not recommend to anyone.
