Kfc the worse of the worse

I placed an online order and went in store at 18:35. At 19h00 I was still waiting for my order. The manager who was giving out the order didn't even know what was Goin on. I received my food after 19:05 after asking and she blamed the cashier. Bad service and no leadership skills. Worse service ever bye bye kfc
