KFC the long wait

Waited an hour for a tiny order @ KFC Promenade Food Court in Mitchells Plain. Eventually people started to get restless and when I tried to cancel the cashier said " No can do" and rolled her eyes. I understand they work long hours but being KFC one would think they have a system already.
