KFC: The Joy Is Gone

What's a great way to end the week? Well, for us, usually a trip to the local KFC. What spoiled it this time was the grumpy staff who got my order wrong, again. I politely ordered large sprinkle pops, amongst other things, in the drive-through because that's what my kids eat everytime we visit KFC. When we got the big brown bag of goodies, the sachet of sprinkles was missing and they gave me a packet of Large Pops. So, I asked them: "where's my sachet of sprinkles". The lady that took my order told me: "sprinkle pops costs R3 more. You said large pops, not sprinkle pops". I know what I said, I always order the same things. So they switched my large pops with a packet of sprinkle pops with the sachet. Anyway, I looked at the online menu. The sprinkle pops they gave me costs R7 less than the large pops. Unfortunately, I already paid. At the end of the week, I don't want the added stress of arguing at a drive-through. Sadly, we won't be going back to KFC again anytime soon.
