KFC THE GROVE NELSPRUIT

KFC the grove nelspruit,poor customer service. From placing order (lady was not friendly at all) and was given wrong order. When I return it the smile was not there. And all I was told was askies. And order was changed but burger was under done. Chicken breast was under cooked,could not finish the food. But they just have to be taught how to service customers. And the lady taking order by the window has to be trained on manner of approach and proper way of engaging with customers.
