KFC The Glen, such pathetic service

Pathetic service from KFC The Glen. Placed an online order at 13h30 and it never arrived. At 15h30 I went in and they told me that it's been skiing there for hours and none of their drivers wanted to deliver it. This is them telling a customer who's ordered, paid and even tipped these drivers who don't want to deliver.

I was then told that someone eventually took my order to deliver it and I need to speak to him on the phone so we can decide where we will meet for me to get the order. I think I'm still shocked that they think I should accept food that's been traveling up and down to lord knows where and then still want me to drive around and look for this driver of theirs.

I demanded a new order from the store and was told there's nothing they can do for me and that I'll only receive my money back in 7 to 14 days.

I fail to understand how such places with such pathetic service and staff that is so clueless still operate.
