KFC The Glen

I was at KFC - The Glen on the 23rd of September 2024 and while I was waiting for my order (order number 261) one of the staff member was standing behind me (I was seated) and she was basically hovering over me and reading as I was typing personal messages on my phone! I stood up to collect my order and she followed me and continued to make a comment about what was on my phone!!! I called her out for it but she just laughed! I complained on the kfc website a day later and nothing has been done to date! The unprofessional behavior from staff doesn’t come as a shock anymore because kfc can’t be bothered to hand customer complaints professionally either. I am never supporting this franchise again!
