KFC the best service I don't want

I made an order at KFC meyersdal at 19:20 it's 21:00 at the moment still no feed back if my food is coming or what you guys suck big time you plan to get the food and don't do preparation for other food. Now I'm sitting here hungry as f and no one has the decency to let you know what is happening.
