KFC Thabong Sebokeng the worst service ever

I was in KFC Sebokeng last week Friday, the service experience was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire KFC life, I was on the kiosk, when I got there there were no customers, he went and fetched people on the queue who were did not want to buy on that kiosk, orders were not followed by sequence and when I asked I was told it's because of the system is faulty, we waited on that queue for 55 minutes to receive an order, the staff is unprofessional and very disrespectful, when I asked for a refund that's when I was given my order
