KFC Thabong Sebokeng Mall refuses to give me my order

On the 7/12/19 at 19:28 I created a profile and ordered online at the KFC Thabong Sebokeng Mall and paid electronically so my aunt went to fetch the order as she got there they told her that they do not receive online orders where as she had proof that told her to go our order is being prepared I sent her all necessary screenshots which she might need even the proof of payment but they angrily refused to give her our order I called the shop we got into a debate cause I wanted a refund then but they still refused till she had to come back home empty handed with no dinner for us, what makes me more angry is that I even pleaded with them to call me back but nothing, ironically is that an hour later an e-mail still came through to say I should fetch my order and later asking me to rate them in the service. I've sent complaints regarding this matter cause I want both the money I used to spend on transport for nothing and the order which I never received, it's sad cause payments are done online and again the on it's own is very sensitive information which one is putting out there when purchasing online. Be very careful about ordering KFC online especially at Thabong Sebokeng Mall in the Vaal I've encountered too many problems but this one took the cup and I have decided to go to the store tomorrow and demand my money.
