KFC, Thabo Mbeki, Mokopane... Pathetic, Worst, Inhuman service

KFC Thabo Mbeki, Mokopane, Worst service, Disappointing

I called today Today at 16h06, placed my order which they promised to deliver it to me at my door step at extra R25. At 18h02,i called to find out how far they are with my order as it was 2hrs later, the lady told me the delivery car is out, I asked her to atleast check how far they are, she just hung the phone in my ears .. Such a big franchise treating its clients like that.? It's now 4hrs later, we were promised KFC delivery meal, but now, we have to make other plan. Good in promising and not deliver to the clients, Pathetic service . I will now start ordering with well known delivering competitors.
