KFC terrible service makes pregnant people wait

Order ice cream for my pregnant wife order was placed at 08:00 and now get a call at 08:36 to say the ice cream machine is broken, it took them literally half an hour to inform us that it's not working

Is it not coincidence that it is almost closing time that they decided for my order to not be catered for , and how is it that the machine is broken but you accepted my order on mr delivery, is there no one checking the machine or supervising unless the supervisor or manager is either sleeping or gone home absolutley terrible service kfc phoenix plaza this is not the first time you guys service is pathetic, going forward no one in my family will support this store , yes it may sound harsh for ice cream but its ther service that has disrepute
