KFC - Terrible service

I placed an order on the kfc app. Bought 2 wrapsta meals and a mash and gravy, Both wrapsta meals come with a coke zero as depicted in the image. Theres no option to change this on the app,

I am diabetic and cannot have any sugar, so I was fine with the coke zero, Apon delivery the driver gives me 2x stoney, which I cannot drink, Driver asked me to contact the store where I purchased from to advise them.

The store number keeps saying invalid, I called the callcentre who keep placing me on hold. Finally tried the live chat on the kfc app, I explained everything to a consultant. They advise me to wait, after 30mins a new consultant comes on and asks me all the information again, which is very irritating, Finally telling me that nothing can be done to get the cooldrink changes but they will log a complaint with the store.

Very disappointing service. I have a loyal customer of kfc for all my life but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will in future support other franchises.
