KFC terrible service

KFC Vorna Valley is the worst fast food store I have ever come across and KFC is the worst customer service company iv experienced ever. I have sent email and made phone calls about Vorna Valley and their incompetence but not even reply.

During Covid around 9-10pm there will always be no chicken.. I sort of understood and realised that maybe customers were not frequent as before. However now? There should be no excuse, every single time I go there (last night included) there is never any chicken, we always have to wait 20 minutes.. the staff are terrible and act as if they are doing us a favour and the 20 minutes wait seems to be a ploy by staff because they know most people will just drive off.

What’s worse drive down the road to New Road KFC and get the same 20 minute nonsense, howeve the big difference is that the staff are so much more friendlier.

I’m done with Vorna Valley and KFC as a whole, terrible service.

My question is, How can you be a ‘chicken’ franchise, but never have chicken ready.
