KFC - terrible service

On Saturday night We had a function that ended at about 11h30. As it was late and we did not have much to eat I decided to visit KFC. I went to KFC Langenhoven Park, Because they have a big sign showing 24 Hours. When I got there the door was locked and the staf Inside just waved me away. I thought, ok, lets go to KFC Fleurdal Seeing that they also have a Sign showing 24 Hours. This is also close to my home and I have noticed before that there Trading Hours on the Door shows 24 Hours. Again the doors was locked and the staff just waved at me.

I knocked on the door and insisted that one off them speak to me. A lady by the name of Meme. Said they are closed. I pointed to their trading hours and asked why would it show 24 hours if they aren't open 24 hours. To this she rep**** that she knows the trading hours on the door shows this, but they are closed and I should leave.

I have been trying since monday to get answers from the Call Centre regarding this. # different consultants gave me 3 different BS stories. They did not even bother log a complaint or to supply me with a reference.

How is this acceptable. Why would they advertise FALSly that they are open 24 hours a day. IF they don't intent on doing it. And for what reason would their customer care centre refuse to follow up with the store and provide feedback.

This is unacceptable.
