KFC terrible service

Kfc durban north (Umhlanga rocks drive) in most cases everytime you buy from them you have to double check if the orders is correct, if the chicken pieces are not short they give you a completely different order , if you don't ask for the cool drink that comes with the meal they won't bother giving it to you , I've report the matter to customers even the customers care agent seemed very unbothered promised to follow up and when I asked for a reference for the call she said she can't give it to me it would be sent to me via sms , up until this day I still have not received anything from them.. I dread going to KFC as a whole now
