KFC terrible service

KFC thus is now the 3rd time that my order is not ready. It's an online order placed for pucknup at 18.45. Arrive at the shop at 19.30 told have to wait for chicken. Chaos the Manger says that the order does not get prepaid when the order is placed they are continue to do this every week. This is the only store that have a problem every week with out fail. So fed up with this terrible service. Telling the customer they don't have chicken at 19.30.
