KFC terrible customer service

Terrible experience with KFC not refunding me. It has been 2 months and I have not received a refund or returned calls and emails. I placed an order online and paid for the meal but never received the food. The manager from Corlette Drive does not deliver on anything and the customer care centre advises I will receive calls but no one calls back. This is just outrageous disappointing service.
