KFC terrible customer service

I placed an order today for a variety lunch box meal and an all star box meal, both meals come with a piece of meat, which I requested to be a drumstick.

When my order came, the pieces that i ordered were not drumstick and they put an extra drumstick on the side which cost me an extra R18.

I told the driver that the order is wrong and we called the call center again. Only to be told that that's what I ordered and they will need to listen to the phone call. By then I was upset. And the driver turned back with my order and said he will rectify it. Then I got a call from the call center asking me what happened the consultant was not much help honestly.

When the Driver came back the meals were incomplete. One box meal comes with a piece of meat and 2 wings.. but to our suprise there was no wings. Mind you I had already paid. Then we called again the call center, still no help. Then we asked to speak with the store manager. He was not helpful at all.

Eventually they did bring the wings. Your KFC here at Menlo park is useless the staff is slow and they always get the orders wrong. One has to fight first before one can get their food.

You guys need to do better with the customer service.
